No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All categories of mobile opt-in data, including phone numbers, are excluded from sharing with any third parties.
What we collect
When you subscribe to the Pryz Health SMS newsletter, we collect your first name and mobile phone number. We also collect basic delivery metadata (e.g., timestamps, delivery status) from our SMS provider so we can operate the program.
How we use it
We use your phone number solely to deliver the wellness messages you opted in to receive, to respond to HELP requests, to process STOP requests, and to comply with legal obligations.
Sharing of mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors (for example, our SMS delivery provider) is limited strictly to what is required to send messages you have requested, and those parties are contractually prohibited from using the information for their own marketing.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, email support@pryzhealth.com.
Retention & security
We retain subscriber data only as long as needed to operate the SMS program and to meet legal/recordkeeping requirements. We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
